Learning & Development Project Manager

L&D Engagement Partner, Talent Services 
The role will play a critical role in diagnosing, designing, implementing and operationalizing solutions aimed at optimizing our L&D technology & operations. The L&D Engagement Partner will act as the primary connection point between Talent Services teams and the L&D Leadership Team to identify technology and operations support needed for L&D to execute their roadmap.

The Successful Candidate Will
  • Have a passion and drive for developing innovative HR Solutions which holistically address current and future needs defined by the business
  • Have the ability to partner with stakeholders to translate requirements and work with HR technology to determine applicable solutions and scalability of future support needs
  • Partnering with operations team - to ensure the solution is scalable
  • Able to assess interdependencies across multiple initiatives simultaneously to holistically address business needs across areas, including:
  • Performance Management
  • Learning and Development Programs Management & Delivery
  • Compliance learning delivery and reporting
  • Program assessment and survey tools and solutions
    • Have the desire to ‘roll up your sleeves’ to get solutions implemented
    • Have the ability to create and evangelize solutions to team members at all levels within various functions across the Global Talent Organization
    • Have strong internal and external customer service focus
    • Ability to understand complex businesses problems and identify solutions
    • Have the ability to navigate a global organization and deliver results in a complex changing work environment
    • Influential thought partnership
    • Understanding current Learning & Development landscape, tools, and best practices
    • Engaged project manager leading regular communication and accountability across multiple projects
    Basic Qualifications
    • 5+ years HR / HRIS experience
    • 5+ years project management experience
    • B.S. degree in Business, Information Systems, or related experience
    Preferred Qualifications
    • A mixture of a practitioner and consulting experience
    • Deep and broad knowledge of HR technology, Business Process & Operations Support
    • Working knowledge of project methodologies
    • Strong understanding of HR business processes as well as intra and inter-departmental functions and interdependencies.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Previous experience with Talent Management enterprise tools, LMS systems, or learning technologies
    • Experience balancing competing for priorities for innovation and maintaining stable, scalable solutions
    • Track record of strong partner relationships across multiple stakeholder groups (finance, procurement, tech, and subject matter experts)
